Creativity is a common strength we share. We will harness our creativity and continue to encourage it in our culture. Our clients have come to expect our problem solving abilities. Creative problem solving involves stepping outside of the box. Sometimes it requires fresh perspectives from outside sources. We will actively solicit and absorb criticism from sources within and without on a regular basis. We will not rest on our laurels. We will constantly self evaluate as a matter of priority.
