Central Plant Expansion

When this laboratory needed an upgrade in central chilled water system capacity the facility manager turned to Optimech’s design and construction professionals to deliver a solution.

The project consisted of 1200 Ton variable flow primary chilled water plant expansion including R134A water cooled centrifugal chiller, two primary chilled water pumps with variable speed drives, two constant flow condenser water pumps, 1200 ton cooling tower cell in addition to all associated pipe, valves, fittings, controls and instrumentation.
